Bio Chilli Peppers mild from Jana
Griaß di, I am Jana, Gurkenprinzessin from St. Andrä im Seewinkel. On my fields grow mild chilli peppers of best bio-quality! They are harvested when golden yellow, orange and red and fully ripe. In order for them to develop their full potency, I leave them to rest for a week before hand-pickling them with great care. Add spirit vinegar, sugar, salt, a handful of mustard seeds: To nibble on!
